Industrial ultrasonic washer operation instruction:

Step 1: Fill water / cleaning solution into the tank (shouldn’t be too full of tank)Step

2: Power plug to ultrasonic cleaner,Step

3: To add 10% to15% ultrasonic cleaning shampoo;Step

4: Select the timerStep5: Push “On “button, the ultrasonic cleaner start working

Step6 : If want to use heating power, to switch timer and set time

Step7: When cleaning finished, machine auto shut off. Must turn on Heater power Off,

Step 8, drain water out and use cloth to wipe dry the tank of ultrasonic cleaner.

Step9 ,Power off the cleaner machine.

Tips to use ultrasonic washer:

If want to heat up quicker, pls use ultrasonic power and heating power together to work .

If want to use heating function, the liquid in the tank should be more than 2/3 of the tank ;

To add some cleaning shampoo will make much better cleaning effect

If use alcohol or inflammable as cleaning agent , Can NOT  use heating power

If use alcohol or inflammable cleaning agent must in good ventilate and or outdoor place, Do NOT Use heater function.
