The industrial ultrasonic cleaner 135L is widely used in 4S store, automotive workshop, hardware workshop, truck maintenance store ect.The 135L single ultrasonic cleaner can clean automotive parts, aircraft parts, motor parts, machinery parts, cnc machine parts, auto engine parts and repair tools cleaning . Its heating power regular at 4500W, could be increased heating power to 9000w when required.

The tank for industrial ultrasonic cleaner is 135 liters, and use 1pc external ultrasonic generator. Its frequency at 40KHz or 28KHz for option. It use 36pcs ultrasonic transducer to ensure top ultrasonic power.  The industrial ultrasonic cleaner is used to remove oil ,rust and dust or any dirty from metal or hardware material products. It has strong industrial grade transducer with powerful ultrasonic power and also with heating function to make better cleaning effect. It can clean all kinds if dirties.

How to use industrial ultrasonic cleaner? 

Step 1: Fill water / cleaning solution into the tank (shouldn’t be too full of tank)

Step 2: Power plug to ultrasonic cleaner,

Step 3: To add 10% to 15% ultrasonic cleaning  shampoo;

Step 4: Select the timer,

Step5: Push “On “button, the ultrasonic cleaner start working ,

Step6 : If use heater function, switch the timer switch to select time,

Step7: When cleaning finished, machine auto shut off. Must turn on Heater power Off,

Step 8, drain water out and use cloth to wipe dry the tank of ultrasonic cleaner.

Step ,Power off the cleaner machine.

Tips to use industrial ultrasonic cleaner:

• If want to heat up quicker, pls use ultrasonic power and heating power together to work .
• If want to use heating function, the liquid in the tank should be more than 2/3 of the tank ;
• To add some cleaning shampoo will make much better cleaning effect
• If use alcohol or inflammable as cleaning agent , Mustn’t to use heating power
• If use alcohol or inflammable cleaning agent , must in good ventilate and or outdoor place,
• Do NOT Use heater function.
