How to use ultrasonic cleaner?

Step 1: Fill water / cleaning solution into the tank ;

Step 2: Power plug to ultrasonic cleaner,

Step 3: Add some cleaning agent ,

Step 4: Select the timer ( can choose 3-5minutes to try  if fragile items )

Step5: Push “On “button, the ultrasonic cleaner start working ,

Step6 : If want better cleaning, can push “ Heater ” button on;

Step7: When cleaning finished, machine auto shut off. Must turn on Heater power Off,

Step 8, drain water out and use cloth to wipe dry the tank of ultrasonic cleaner.

Step ,Power off the cleaner machine.

Tips to use benchtop ultrasonic cleaner :

1. Pls fill liquid first then could let machine to work
2. If use heating power, must keep liquid/ water more than 2/3 of tank
3. If clean very fragile and small items, can choose 2-3minutes to try cleaning
4. If use alcohol or inflammable as cleaning agent , Mustn’t to use heating power
5. If use alcohol or inflammable cleaning agent , must in good ventilate and or outdoor place,Do NOT Use heater function.

What’s best frequency for ultrasonic cleaner ?

There are different ultrasonic frequency regular used in cleaning application. And there is no best frequency for ultrasonic cleaner. But there is some notes to choose ultrasonic cleaner frequency . For small household ultrasonic cleaner, most frequency is on 46-50KHz, it is mainly for small items cleaning so the ultrasonic capacity  mainly from 200ml to 800ml .

For Commericla stores ultrasonic cleaning applicatipn,  mainly  frequency at 25KHz, 28KHz, 40KHz.  This is mainly for benctop ultrasonic, capacity from 2L to 500L . Mostly ,for hardware, instruments, tools, parts all choose 40KHz, the 40KHz is most universal frequency for different kinds of items cleaning

For some very dirty and big hardware, will choose 25-28KHz . Usually the industrial ultrasonic cleaner choose this fequency. The 25-28Khz will use to clean big machine parts, big machine engine, auto engines, aircraft parts etc big and hard to cleaning items.
