Bearing Gearing Two Tanks Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine 500L With Spraying
Customer want to clean 3 bearing and 3 gears and 1 motor per wash. By the size for the bearing, gear and motor, we special make the tank size for 1200*900*500mm. And for the bearing+gear+motor is very heavey, the standard basket for standard 100kg is not suitable for this cleaning. So we also make odm basket, which can load 1000kgs.

Customer requirement:
Per wash: 2 bearings +3 gears+ 1 motor.
The bearing is about 50kgs/pc, gear is about 30kg/pc, and motor is 15kg/pc.
Function: to clean oil and dust and after that clean the chemical solution.
Our solution:
ODM ultrasonic cleaning machine 500L Double Tanks.
Function: ultrasonic cleaning (with filtering +spraying washing tank.
As per bearing and gear,motor size, we make tank size at 1200*900*500mm.
Because standard basket load about 100kgs, we special odm to make basket that can load 500-1000kgs.
By two tanks ultrasonic cleaners, we not only clean the oil and dust from the bearing, gear and motor, but also clean the chemical solvent from spraying tank.
