500L double tanks ultrasonic cleaner for bearing gear cleaning
Requirement:
Client wants to clean 2 sets of bearing, 3 sets of gear, and 1 motor together. The bearing is 50kgs per set, gear is 35kgs per set and motor is 20kgs.
Our solution:
1. 500L ultrasonic cleaning machine double tanks , tank size 1200*900*500mm, with 5400w ultrasonic power.
2. The ultrasonic cleaning tank is with heater power 18000w, and with filtering system. The filtering system can filter oil, and heavy dust from the waste water.
3. The second tank is spraying function. The spraying can wash the cleaning solvent after first tank cleaning .
4. Because standard basket load about 100kgs, we special odm 1pc basket, and basket can load 500-1000kgs.
