How to clean bearing by ultrasonic cleaning machine?

  1. Pre-clean: 40kHz/120W/L lye flushing to remove large contaminants.
  2. Main cleaning: 80kHz/150W/L chelating agent solution 65℃ for 12min.  
  3.  Rinsing: 80kHz/DI water three-stage counter-current rinsing  .
  4. Dehydration: Centrifugal drying (G-value ≤ 200)
  5.  Rust prevention: Vapour phase rust prevention oil film (thickness 2-3μm) .   
  Cleaning result:
By ultrasoic cleaning, bearing life span increased by 25-30% (verified by ISO 281 life calculation).
