Notes to use digital ultrasonic cleaner:
1. Do not use alcohol , if use alcohol, do not use heater power
2. When use heater power, must ensure water up to max line.
3.Do not use inflammable liquid to clean.
Advantages for ultrasonic cleaning 3D parts:
1. ultrasonic cleaning takes 8-12 minutes, conventional cleaning takes 25-40 minutes, ultrasonic cleaning save 1/2- 3/4 cleaning time.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning cut down material damaged ratio : ultrasonic cleaner ratio ＜0.1%, while connventional cleaning ratio up to 5% -18%.
3. Cleaning solvent consumption: Ultrasonic cleaning use 0.3L/ cleaning, while connventional cleaning needs 1.5L- 2.2L on solvent.

Notes to use ultrasonic equipment to clean 3D parts:
1.Do not wash the components containing
micro-springs (wire diameter0.3mm).
2. Thermal deformation: Keep cleaning liquid temperature ≤40℃ when cleaning PLA (glass transition temperature sensitive).
3. Frequency exclusion zone: When cleaning ceramic parts, Do not use 80kHz,in case micro-crack extension.
4. Post-treatment: after ultrasonic cleaning, must be rinsed washing with ultra-pure water (to prevent ionic residues from reducing fatigue strength).
