Application for oil removal detergent:
This oil removal detergent is widely used for removing oil stains in a variety of fields, including range hoods, floor grease, machining, electronics, automotive repair, cotton textiles, synthetic fibers, light industry, hardware, furniture, tiles, and plastics; it is also suitable for blackening workpieces prior to electroplating, spraying, electrophoresis, and iron or aluinum painting.

How to use oil removal detergent?
Recommended Concentration
The recommended concentration for our BSB-ORD3A, oil degreasing Agent (powder) is 2–5% (mix 20–50 kg of water per kilogram of cleaning agent and stir thoroughly).

Cleaning Methods
Soaking, brushing, scrubbing, spraying, and mechanical cleaning.
Combining cleaning by ultrasonic cleaning machine is achieved best cleaning effect.
Operating Temperature
Regular dirty is suggested at room temperature.
If forr heavily soiled equipment and parts with heavy oil residue, machine tool scale, or carbon deposits, suggest to heat water +detergent up to 40–60°C, it will bring much better cleaning effect.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Keep tightly sealed to protect against moisture and rain.
Under proper storage conditions, the oil removal detergent is with a shelf life of 2 years.
